Consider Trying This
Put on fresh socks and give yourself a sturdy 2minutes massage on each foot. Ooge, feels good.
***man, you don't have to do it for 2 minutes... 30 or 20 or 10 or 5 or just a couple-a seconds. you don't even have to use your hands... rub your foot on a railing, corner, 2by4, your neighbors phone, or boss's face.
Now off to overcast day, roam biking with sunglasses. Gotta be back by 4 or 5.
