OK, I smoked a third of a cigarette on Friday... so my complete nicofast has ended, er, begun again... ah, in a couple-a weeks I'm gonna smoke a cigar in Mexico, so... you get the picture. I feel no need for cigarettes since the 3 or 4 puffs... unnusually, I felt no guilt. Also, for the third time in my life I sang Karioke, first time in a gay bar.
