Sleep
*Lifted directly from an email I just sent*
"my sleep has been all screwed up
somehow i disappear at 10:30pm and wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning, up for a little while and then to bed
i used to be bed at 1am up at 7"
EST for a week and then back to PST
I am currently very delerious and somewhat foggy
I do like this time of day
Quiet
& Work in a few hours doesn't seem remotely real
